We are proud to announce that LinkedIn has again recognized Del Monte Philippines Inc. to be one of the top players in the industry and in the war for talent. We have been awarded the Most Inspirational Team 2019 – this year’s top award.

This award is given to the company who was able to effectively maximize talent attraction strategies through:

• Effective employer branding presence with at least 25% increase in follower base and engagement reach.
• Developing recruiter capability which resulted in 100% increase in LinkedIn hiring conversion while maintaining cost-efficiency

Last year, we were recognized as the company with the Most Socially Engaged Followers by building a strong follower base and talent community on Linkedin. Now we were able to utilize our growing network as we shift from a Search Firm Dependent talent source in FY18 to making LinkedIn our top external Talent source in FY19. We maximized the use of LinkedIn through our continuous employer branding efforts and strategic inMail messaging to targeted talents within our talent network.

By successfully lessening dependencies with the expensive cost of Search firm hires and maximizing LinkedIn we were able to decrease our cost-per-hire by 48%. Halfway through FY20, we are projecting at least a 50% increase in the Linkedin hires further lowering our cost-per-hire this FY.
